This small island, only 1h 20m sailing, is one of the most beautiful and hidden enclaves of the Balearic archipelago. Its pure, wild nature is ideal for diving enthusiasts and those seeking calm.
The island of S’ Espardell, one of the smallest islands of the Balearic archipelago, is located north of the island of Formentera, and about 4 km east of the island of S ‘Espalmador, in the municipality of Formentera and Ses Salines Natural Park.
It is about 1,570 meters long from north to south (0.6 km²). Its coast is steep, except for a creek on the east side (Mollet). The Espardell lighthouse stands on the northern side of the island (called Tramuntana) at a height of 53 metres.
